Hello, my name is Harland Hoffman. I am a U.S. Navy Veteran and Israel Defense Forces Veteran. I grew up drawing, illustratind, making sound effects and writing stories. I've allways liked the life of adventure, that's why I served in 2 militaries. After the IDF, I lived in England for a half year, and returned to the states to attend art school. I attended the Art Institute where I studied Computer Animation. I allways had an interest in cly/stop motion animation. I attended from 1998-2000 when the money ran out. When I transferred to Ft. Lauderdale, the only work I could find was in the yachting industry, first deatiling, then finally crewing on the multi-million dollar yachts. I say finally because it's hard to become crew if you have tatooes. I must say that each yacht I've crewed on, I've save from sinking! It was after I stepped off the first yacht that I did some catalog modeling. In September, 2005, I did a photo shoot, and the photographer showed the pics to a PA that was working for the show "Miami Ink". I then signed on with two talent agencies (non-exclusive) and started doing extra work for Showtime's "Dexter", UPN's "South Beach" "Christmas in Miami",(Italian movie set to be released only in Italy) "She's A Star" with Tyrese, A "3-6 Mafia_ videa, a Chevy "Cobalt" commercial, and my favorite, appearing as a features clien on "Miami Ink" (3rd episode, 2nd season)! I've been supporting my self as a part-time personl trainer (trained by the Israeli Defense Forces) exotic dancer, and as stated, extra work. I'm addicted to the gym, not to drugs, so if some one out there is looking for someone reliable, and no criminal record, that works great with PA's and is professional, I'm your man!
